Cancellations:

- If you cancel your radiology consultation appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will receive a full refund of your payment.
- Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are considered completed consults and are non-refundable.

Rescheduling a consultation appointment can be done at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time through the patient portal or by contacting our team.

Technical Issues:

- If there is a technical problem on our end that prevents your consultation from taking place, we will refund your full payment or reschedule the appointment at no additional charge.

Quality Concerns:

- If you feel the radiologist's consultation was inadequate or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of your appointment and we will arrange a consultation with another radiologist at no cost.

We unfortunately cannot offer monetary refunds for completed consultations if there is no technical issue on our end. However, we will make every effort to address any concerns about quality by connecting you with another specialist to meet your needs.

Our radiologists are highly experienced and come from reputable backgrounds. However, medical opinions can vary and we cannot guarantee a specific diagnosis or outcome. By purchasing a consultation, you understand our role is to facilitate an independent second opinion, not to guarantee results.
