Our radiology consultation website provides a platform for connecting patients with qualified radiologists to provide second opinions on medical imaging tests.
After you request a radiology consultation through our website, we will deliver your appointment details (if consultation is required) via email within 1 business day. This includes:
- Date/time of consultation
- Video call link
Please have your medical imaging files and any relevant clinical history ready to discuss at the time of consultation. Imaging files should be in DICOM format and can be uploaded through our secure patient portal after booking.
For best results, uploads should be completed at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to give the radiologist time to review. We recommend uploading the following when available:
- Original imaging study images (required)
- Radiology report from previous interpretation
- Relevant lab results or pathology reports
- Clinical notes or discharge summaries
You will receive a written radiology report summarizing the radiologist's findings and recommendations within 3 business days delivered through the registered email.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you can edit the booking up to 24 hours in advance by contacting our team. Late cancellations are considered completed consults.
